Frequently Asked Questions
Choosing is simple. Regardless of the number of roles within your organization, if you have 10 SSD staff, you should choose the 4-10 Plan. If you have 60 SSD staff, you should choose the 51+ plan. Our plans are not based on the total number of attorneys only or the number of SkillTRAN licenses that are needed.
Once you purchase a membership, we’ll promptly reach out to obtain your organization’s roster. This allows us to activate membership benefits for all your employees, ensuring they have immediate access to resources like ACRD Academy, the CLE Library, and SkillTRAN.
We’ll guide you through the onboarding process to make sure your entire team is set up and ready to take full advantage of everything your membership offers. Our support team is always available to assist you and answer any questions during this process.
Your ACRD membership is designed for your entire organization, not just the attorneys. All employees, including paralegals and support staff, can access and benefit from the resources provided, such as ACRD Academy, CLE Library, and SkillTRAN. This ensures that your whole team is well-equipped to contribute effectively to your mission.
The ACRD Academy offers foundational training for non-representative staff, covering Social Security basics and leadership skills, with certificates upon completion. The CLE Library provides accredited courses for legal professionals to earn Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits and stay compliant in Social Security law.
As part of your ACRD membership, your organization will receive access to SkillTRAN tools, including OASYS Web. You can log in through the SkillTRAN website to use these resources.
Existing/renewing SkillTRAN claimant representatives just need to let ACRD know that they want to continue to use their existing SkillTRAN Username and Password. SkillTRAN will configure the existing username(s) and password(s) through the ACRD membership plan for access to SkillTRAN’s best software – OASYS Web, which includes all Job Browser Pro Web features!
