Jennie Gailey, Esq. serves as Vice President of Utilization Management at Enlyte, driving strategy and operational excellence across Enlyte’s Utilization Review, Social Security and Ticket to Work programs. In this role, she blends deep industry expertise with a customer-first approach to deliver impactful solutions that improve outcomes and efficiency. With over 21 years of experience in Social Security Disability, Ms. Gailey has represented tens of thousands of individuals before the Social Security Administration and built a reputation for leadership and innovation.

Ms. Gailey holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Emory University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia.
