Jacqueline “Jay” Gragg, certified EDPNA, is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in the processing, adjudication, and hearing-level representation of Social Security disability claims, with over 15 years of hands-on experience across adjudication, claimant advocacy, and large-scale disability program management. She is the CEO & Founder of JG Disability Services.
Jay conducts hundreds of administrative hearings annually for organizations nationwide, maintaining 50–65% allowance rates through advanced case development, strategic brief writing, comprehensive claimant preparation, and precise vocational and medical expert cross-examination. She is widely respected for her ability to prepare claimants to testify clearly, credibly, and consistently, aligning functional testimony with medical evidence and vocational standards.
In addition to direct representation, Jay serves as a consultant to law firms and disability organizations, advising on disability claims processing, adjudicative workflows, hearing strategy, remand analysis, and the effective challenge of vocational and medical expert testimony.
Previously, Jay served as Project Manager and legal representative for a multi-million-dollar Illinois Department of Human Services disability initiative serving high-needs foster youth. She oversaw more than 3,000 SSI and DAC claims, leading a program that achieved an 85% allowance rate and generated over $66 million in awarded benefits.
