Israel Moskovits is an attorney with Nash Disability Law and has been practicing for 15 years. Over the course of his career, he has developed a reputation for careful case preparation, strategic advocacy, and a client-focused approach to representation. 

Prior to joining Nash Disability Law, Mr. Moskovits worked as a supervising attorney at a national consumer bankruptcy firm, where he oversaw and managed a high-volume caseload while mentoring junior attorneys. In that role, he personally represented more than 3,500 debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, guiding individuals and families through complex financial challenges with clarity and compassion.

At Nash Disability Law, Mr. Moskovits has dedicated his practice to helping individuals secure the benefits they deserve, representing more than 800 claimants at Social Security Disability hearings.
