Ashley Marks is a Partner at Hankey Marks & Crider, an Indiana law firm dedicated to serving the injured and disabled. Since joining the firm in 2011, Ashley has built her practice around Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Long-Term Disability and ERISA litigation. She is known for her strategic advocacy, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to client service. She is particularly passionate about law firm management and marketing.
Ashley earned her J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where she received top honors for legal writing and served on the board of the International Moot Court Competition. Before law school, she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in English and Philosophy from Indiana University.
Her firm has been named a Top 25 Disability firm in the Nation by Social Security Disability Leadership. Ashley is also an active member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations, as well as ACRD.
A frequent presenter for the National Business Institute and other professional organizations, Ashley has spoken on topics including cross-examination of vocational experts, orthopedic and musculoskeletal claims, brief writing, and recent developments in Social Security Regulations.
